I assure clients that books have been found and sent out to them as fast as possible. When books get returned I discharge them and shelve them alphabetically and numerically for the next client.

I took on the stressful role of working the express cash while receiving incoming calls from clients. I was also in charge of alarming and disarming while locking and unlocking the main doors of the store.
