From Accounting 101, when my first debit tied to my first credit, I've been a huge accounting nerd.From tutoring in the subject in college, to studying relentlessly for the CPA exam (I passed on my first try with high marks and will always be very proud of that), to helping shape and run a finance department which manages a million different marbles all rolling in different directions, I've always been driven by the satisfaction of organized financial information and answers that make sense.Growing with Live Nation since 2007, I moved from Manager, to Director, to VP of Finance in 2009. From there my department has grown to include & absorb other departments (Global Touring, VIP Nation, LN Urban). Coming out of the Pandemic in 2021, Concerts came back with a fury & created even more chaos. I was given the opportunity to lead the USC Concerts Talent team as CFO in order to balance that out and provide stability to the USC Finance team at a particularly hectic time. I used that position as an opportunity to listen to the existing team and give them a voice and say in crafting where we took our next steps. I believe that managing down is the only way to manage up - and the only way to build a truly solid foundation is to involve everyone. Every day I come to the table hoping to process improve or make someone's life easier.
