Following a wonderful Exec Assistant career I have, for the last 9 years, built my HR and recruitment skillset. This began in recruitment and developing expertise in hiring and onboarding at BP. Moving to Preos, my initial focus was to grow the team utilising my recruitment and onboarding experience, but later incorporated HR activities by building a HR foundation.
