I manage projects that require a strategic perspective and strong leadership skills. I facilitate PMO improvements, optimizing project management practices. I teach classes in a variety of settings. I have two books - Project Management from Start to Finish, and Project Management for Team Members - which are learning resources for project managers and team members.
