I am passionate about helping clients enhance their Project Management Mindset through training and consulting services. I manage projects that require a strategic perspective and strong leadership skills. I facilitate PMO improvements, optimizing project management practices. I teach classes in a variety of settings. In two concurrent roles at this start-up software firm, led the product development team for a desktop-based project management and object-oriented rapid application development tool. Developed the methodology, managed the software development activities, and created the customer service support functions. Start-up company was purchased and moved that year.

Part of the FOUNDATION software organization, focused on the METHOD/1 project management software and methodology products. Applied project experiences to solving customer’s problems with software development and project management processes, software, and methodologies.Implemented airline systems and electronic trading systems throughout the United States and Switzerland. Started as a programmer and developed into a project manager.
