I started Vibrant Realty March 1, 2013. My dream was to have a real estate brokerage that gave back to the clients as well as back to the community. Prior to my career in real estate, I have an extensive back ground of 15 years in Engineering/ project management/high level contract negotiations/ technical training with high level Companies such as; SynOptics, BayNetworks, Nortel and Madge Networks.Prior to Starting my own brokerage, I worked at RES Realty for 6 years as their top producing sales agent,CBB where I won several awards and also Century 21. I have enjoyed working in Real Estate for over 13 years and look forward to continuing to bring outstanding service to my clients. I am a very hardworking woman with a high level of integrity and ethical duty to my clients.Real Estate is an ever changing market it has been really challenging the last 8 years with short sales and foreclosures. I took the approach in 2004 to ask the banks directly to work with their customers and it worked. I met up with a lot of resistance, but with persistence was able to successfully negotiate hundreds of short sales. It has also been so rewarding to help families in need. I love my job, working directly with people and home owners in the community. Vibrant Realty is committed to our community.
