Communicated and managed impact of closures to Franchisees regarding equipment, cleaning products required for reopening, and relief extensions being offered in the system.• Manage supply chains with equipment vendors to ensure product is available as needed for all equipment orders annually, including working with franchisees to shift dates due to impacts of shortages (COVID, shipping vessel delays, etc.). • Visited vendor HQs globally and performed factory tours in Shanghai and Taiwan to ensure quality. • Helped move Equipment Business quoting and reporting from GP to Salesforce, including all back invoices / re-equip tracking since 2018.• Launched/mixed in new Black Card products that tested well and gained franchisee buy-in; analyzed price impact to PFHQ / Franchise System.
