- Align people strategy with business strategy. Partner with senior leadership and managers to execute a Workforce Strategy that supports the growth of the Company.
- Provide guidance in performance management, succession planning, and partner on training and development decisions, which support a high performing team culture.
- Communicate engagement results, develop, and execute the functional engagement action plans. Monitor employee climate to identify issues/trends and develop recommendations for problem solving as appropriate. Support.
- Possess and convey a well-rounded Human Resources toolset, including labor law knowledge, compensation, direct recruiting/sourcing experience, employee and labor relations expertise, and experience promoting diversity.
- Maintain knowledge of labor/union issues and best practices in order to promote positive labor relations.
- Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs workflows and procedures.
