• Responsible for piloting real estate M&A initiatives and served as the head advisor on multiple marquee transactions, including Brookfield's investment in GGP; Vornado's proposed acquisition of Equity Office.
• Served on the Fairness Opinion Committee, providing opinions an all proposed Lehman M&A transactions.
• Directed the Lehman principal real estate unwind from June to September of 2008. Played an active role in the Lehman sale negotiations and oversaw real estate negotiations at the Federal Reserve.
