• Lead the development and implementation of an enterprise Information Technology Portfolio Management (ITPM) program. o This includes using strategic vision to develop and run portfolio management processes and governance and contributing to the development of enterprise-wide Information Strategy Plans (ISP) that align with Agency and environmental program strategic plans.• Lead the management of the enterprise information technology portfolio by managing the portfolios of existing investments and prioritizing new investments. Managed and improved process for BIG-IP Next Security Governance (vulnerability handling, open source licenses, establishing product's software bill-of-materials, OEM licenses, and all security aspects of software development life cycle (SDLC)), which allowed us to comfortably and predictably hit our 6 weeks product release cadence. Also worked with Security to plan, create and implement 6 Security Programs that aligned with NIST 800. These programs included implementing Software Bill of Materials (SBOM), implementation of security tooling and integrating the findings into the SDLC, managing risks in dependencies and implementing Software Security Plans and associated controls.
