Cultivated university’s visual voice by developing visual dialects for specific social media channels; developed in-house forum for exchange of media skills, techniques, and approaches to visual storytelling; trained in-house photojournalists and multimedia interns; interviewed local change makers, faculty, and donors; edited content for scripts and copy.Worked in collaboration with videography teams, ideated with social media, mentored photographic interns, and presented workshops to shape visual storytelling university wide.Created photo narrative and editorial imagery that visually communicates the work of the University of San Francisco's passionate array of faculty and students. Visual narrative collaborations include: astronomical research, student advocacy, urban garden harvests, poetry readings, and USF's many efforts to 'Change the World from Here.' Cultivated photographic styles to be used university-wide, photographing and editing to develop various dialects for specific media channels, including developing a look and template for Instagram Stories.
