(1999-present)Vice President and Director, Lawyers Chapters • Lead a growing network of over 120 lawyers chapters nationwide, including oversight of 500+ annual programs, leadership recruitment, promotion, budget, and communications/media strategies. • Utilize deep knowledge of the conservative/libertarian legal movement, the state and federal judiciary, and legal industry background to advise Federalist Society members and supporters. • Advance the Federalist Society’s mission through identifying outside partnerships and cosponsoring activities, as well as representing the Society at external meetings and conferences.• Launched regional conferences in fourteen states, including Texas, California, Florida, and Ohio. Responsibilities include site identification, agenda development, speaker invitations, and promotion. Launched two young lawyers summits in Texas and Florida. • Develop and execute membership and leadership recruitment campaigns, including spearheading a membership recruitment and retention campaign that increased dues-paying membership by over 50%.• Organize and lead four annual Federalist Society regional leadership meetings, including operational aspects and agenda development.• Exert oversight and advise Federalist Society young lawyer recruitment, programming, and outreach. Founded four chapters dedicated to young lawyer development in Washington, D.C., New York, Chicago, and Atlanta.• Interact with over 5,000 national members, including over 1,500 volunteer lawyers and jurists.
