I was employed here as an in house residential home designer. I start by working with the clients to design and develop the floor plans. I use Revit Architecture to create detailed floors and also to create 3D renderings for the clients. After the final plans are done I work continuously with the clients to help them make selections, price out any change.

I was employed here as a drafter/designer. My main responsibilities here are working on residential and commercial projects that will be panelized. I work directly with the builder /owner reviewing plans, checking all beams, window rough openings, wall heights, and floor /roof truss layouts. I also work directly with the lumber salesperson and the truss.

I was employed here as an estimator. I was in charge of all estimates for the entire store. Estimates included all framing material, plumbing material, electrical material, windows and doors. I also worked with customers to schedule all deliveries through the project.
