I am currently the Lead Wall Panel Designer at Glenbrook Lumber and Edge Builder Wall Panels. I specialize in designing walls for large projects and wood foundations.

I was employed here as an in house residential home designer. I start by working with the clients to design and develop the floor plans. I use Revit Architecture to create detailed floors and also to create 3D renderings for the clients. After the final plans are done I work continuously with the clients to help them make selections, price out any change orders they may make during the construction, ordering materials, and scheduling deliveries. I also am a licensed sales agent and help with the real estate contracts and sales. I have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher & Outlook

I was employed here as a drafter/designer. My main responsibilities here are working on residential and commercial projects that will be panelized. I work directly with the builder /owner reviewing plans, checking all beams, window rough openings, wall heights, and floor /roof truss layouts. I also work directly with the lumber salesperson and the truss designers to coordinate materials and deliveries for each project. Some of the computer programs I have experience with are Auto Cad, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, The Wall Builder, TJ-Xpert, and TJ-Beam.

I was employed here as an estimator. I was in charge of all estimates for the entire store. Estimates included all framing material, plumbing material, electrical material, windows and doors. I also worked with customers to schedule all deliveries through the project.
