Additionally, researched and selected retreat locations, determined pricing, led retreat team training, and ensured each retreat was organized and ran smoothly.EVENT MANAGEMENT – RETREAT SELECTIONManaged analysis of resorts and global locations, expanding the retreat program to exotic destinations throughout Central & South America in addition to Italy, India, Bali, and Greece. Actively requested feedback from retreat participants to identify future locations of interest.RETREAT PROGRAM GROWTHSuccessfully expanded the business by 900% from year 1 to year 3 and scaled operations to deliver strong profit margins.
