I'm a chartered member of both the professional HR bodies in the UK and NZ - CIPD (MCIPD) and HRINZ (CMHRINZ).I’m also an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and run Infocus Consulting - a Leadership & Career Coaching practice. As a coach I use a variety of tools and techniques to support clients towards understanding their behaviours, thoughts and emotions, to enable action for change towards greater leadership effectiveness. I also specialise in supporting individuals returning to work following parental leave or a career break.I'm also an Associate Coach with Mind Coach – a boutique executive and leadership coaching consultancy increasing the accessibility of coaching to a broader range of leaders.
