Throughout my tenures at Signature Bank, Macy’s, Bulgari (LVMH), L’Occitane, and beyond, I have served as a C-Suite executive and advisor essential to making business visions a reality. Building infrastructure for an entire subsidiary, positioning a company to scale and target new customer markets, developing an internal search program, creating exceptional experiences for employees through engagement initiatives and nurturing and transforming organizational culture – I have done (and loved) it all.Having flexed between companies of all sizes and industries – from consumer goods and retail to banking and financial services – I bring a fresh and diverse perspective along with an innate ability to quickly analyze and understand an organization from all angles.
