I practice in many areas of litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation & bankruptcy. My commercial litigation practice involves representation of large and medium-size corporate clients, including retailers, manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, insurance, leasing and financial institutions located across the U.S. I have represented clients in NJ, PA, DE, NY, TX & LA cours in litigation relating to a variety of commercial transactions, including patent validity & license disputes, fraud & fraudulent transfer actions, shareholder disputes, construction issues as well as traditional contracts and UCC litigation. My clients include General Electric Capital Corporation, Aramark, ADP, Drug Fair, Ingersoll Rand, Sprint, PNC Bank, Valley National Bank, University Bank, California First Leasing Corporation, Hartz Mountain Industries, and affiliated entities. In my bankruptcy practice, I represent secured and unsecured creditors, bank group agents, servicers, contract parties, lessors, vendors, and other interested parties in all aspects of debtor-creditor relations and bankruptcy, including out-of-court workouts and loan restructuring, asset recovery and bankruptcy-related litigation. My insolvency-related clients have also included creditor committees, receivers and trustees appointed in brokerage firm liquidations under the Securities Investor Protection Act. I represented the SIPA Trustee in prosecuting claims in First Interregional Equity Corporation, and the SIPA Trustee various matters in BBS, two multi-million SIPA liquidations. I brokered the settlement that became the plan in the New Era bankruptcy. I have litigated in bankruptcy court matters ranging from standard avoidance action and fraud complaints to professional malpractice, environmental, employment and corporate shareholder disputes, and regularly represents clients in bankruptcies filed in NJ, NY & DE. *Attorney Advertising.
