The Director of HR is responsible for interviewing, hiring and training new Site Directors and Site Aids and all aspects of the on boarding process. In addition, I serve as the benefits administrator. I am also responsible for maintaining our relationship with our state agency to ensure we are compliance with our exempt status in order to retain state aid assistant for our families, which includes overseeing site visits, professional development, and submitting renewal applications.
