I am the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer (CPO) for Primerica since October 2024, after previously serving as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) from October 2020 to October 2024. As the CPO, and member of the Executive Leadership Team, I am responsible for driving the company's people strategy for two important human capital areas focused on our employees and cohorts of our 150,000 independent sales force leaders. As such I oversee the Human Resource function for Primerica’s US and Canadian operations and have executive oversight for the company’s sales force’s five Strategic Markets: the African American Leadership Council, Hispanic American Leadership Council, Asian Pacific Islander Leadership Council, Women in Primerica and Partnerships. I am driving the company’s cultural transformation, manage our talent development programs and executive succession planning. I am an accomplished global business executive with over twenty-nine years of progressive leadership and global human resources experience. Acknowledged as a collaborative solutions-driven strategist with strong problem solving and negotiation ability. Proven history of successfully leading organizations through tremendous business growth and transformation. Experienced at mergers and acquisitions; start-ups, labor campaigns and creating positive employee relations environments. Viewed as a trusted business partner to C-suite executives and middle management; serve as an advisor, coach and mentor to employees and peers.I am an alumni member of the Broad College of Business Advisory Board at Michigan State University and serve as an Advisory Board member for Cool Girls Inc., a Board Director for Junior Achievement of Georgia.
