I handle editing all post-production projects for Kabillion. This involves preparing episodes for air on cable and app (Closed captions, bumpers, OSAs, sponsorship materials, commercial breaks, audio leveling) and editing promos of our content. I also make seasonal sizzle reels, gifs, and manage video troubleshooting.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Cutting spots of any kind, from bumpers and Instagram stories to traditional TV and Radio. Other daily responsibilities included breaking down and organizing media, file management, working with producers on client and internal notes, and transcribing content. I was also responsible for training PAs and AEs.

West Hollywood

Runner, office aid, and assistant editor. In addition to runner duties (meals, groceries, studio runs, deliveries, etc.) I also posted videos to clients, compiled transcripts, edited cut scenes, answered phones, converted files to appropriate specs, assembled string-outs, and performed a variety of digital file management tasks in a fast-paced and friendly office environment.

Fort Collins, Colorado Area

FRM services video needs in the region, from studio space, to shooting, to editing, with an emphasis on promotional and educational videos. As an editor my tasks included: logging, editing for content, color correction, tutorial and multicam editing, PA and camera on shoots. Primary programs: Adobe CS.

I was part of a rotating team that manages the camera for several University of Colorado live stream sports broadcasting events, particularly hockey games (on occasion lacrosse).

FTEP is a program dedicated to helping the CU faculty improve and analyze their own teaching methods via surveys and anonymous feedback. I attended and took notes on the classroom interviews, assisted the professors, then processed and organized the data for faculty review. Another aspect of this job is filming lectures for future review.

Allied handles local grassroots promotions for major studio films. I handled Universal Studios and Fox, in addition to running events and being a pre-screening rep for all studios.
