CurrentMission-driven, high-performing strategic planning and project management leader at the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world* Plan, produce, and manage 52 in-person and virtual programs and events per year* Direct annual fundraising efforts for three signature campaigns* Develop and maintain close working relationships with the philanthropic community, individual and corporate donors, sponsors, board members and volunteers* Responsible for working with senior and mid-level managers to ensure Key Performance Indicators, data, and quality assurance measures are met and outcomes are achieved* Proactively drive process improvements and enhancement of member/donor recruiting and retention/stewardship services and operations to help build the pipeline to meet nonprofit growth objectives* Liaison and advisor to 38 Chairs* Report to Executive Director* Serve as a visible spokesperson and advocate in a professional manner at weekly committee and monthly board meetings and community events* Support mission-oriented programming and research (i.e. environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and corporate sustainability, mobility, housing, homelessness, policy, equitable development, education, diversity (DEI))* Foster strategic alliances and partnerships with professional, academic, non-profit, and public-sector organizations (City of LA, USGBC-LA, LA Metro, LABC, USC, UCLA, SCAG, AAREP, FIIRE, etc.)* Recruit, select, train, supervise, and evaluate staff (i.e. individual supervision meetings, staff meetings and performance evaluations)* Provide various services to support and engage 1800 members and 8400+ prospects* Introduced new products and services to grow revenue and community engagement: Blockchain Masterclass, Public Art in Real Estate, Empowering Women Entrepreneurs, a Revenue Committee* Supervise communications including advertising, public relations, and marketing collateral
