I led and transformed Stoke on Trent College as their CEO and Principal until late 2024 which was one of the most brilliant experiences of my career. Prior to this, I was Principal at Nacro the Social Justice charity and largest national training provider of its type, and previously Executive Director for the Trust and Vice Principal of a well known education learning group of 2 Further Education Colleges and Academies Trust.My experience is in initiating and leading high profile government projects and change programmes, specialising in education, adult skills and children’s services. Prior to the College Group and Academies Trust, I held senior roles at Department of Education and Skills (DfE) and Department for Business and Skills (BiS) in Further Education and Skills . Previously held senior posts in two national education and children’s charities.
