Founding executive team member of a device startup from early stage product concept to commercialization. Built business plan and co-led financing. Drove strategies to inform product development, validate the market and support commercialization plan. Devised and led clinical marketing strategy and plan. Consulted to Aviron/MedImmune on FluMist, their nasally-administered flu vaccine, from Phase II through commercialization (7 years) on a range of projects from competitive analyses to commercialization strategy. Conducted channel analysis, in-depth market research and a comprehensive pharmacy channel launch plan for the $200 million FluMist brand. MedImmune acquisition $1.5B in 2002.• SIGHTLIFE – Non-profit. Provided branding strategy recommendations to CEO and board based on an evaluation of the company's brands and global thought leader outreach with transplant surgeons. • AIRXPANDERS – Device. Provided a product development strategy integral in securing financing. Led a qualitative research study to assess reconstructive plastic surgeons’ interest in their PACE system, a needle-free tissue expansion technology for post-cancer breast reconstruction.• EMERGENT BIOSOLUTIONS - Biotech.  Guided the company’s product development and commercialization plans by conducting an in-depth vaccine pipeline portfolio analysis. • AGILENT – Diagnostics. Created a market entry blueprint for a new category of DNA micro-array expression profiling by assessing Agilent’s capabilities and prioritizing prospects. • ZOSANO PHARMA – Wearable/Device. Conducted usability research studies to optimize the overall product delivery system for their osteoporosis wearable drug delivery patch.• OSTEOGENIX – Therapeutic. Optimized product development strategy in lead drug for accelerated bone growth by fielding research with surgeons. Medtronic acquisition in 2010. • CHEVRON - Nanotechnology. Evaluated opportunities of Chevron’s Technology Venture’s Diamondoids in nanomedicine and electronics.

Led the successful startup and expansion of P&G in China as part of the original 5-person marketing management team. Launched market leading brands, expanded distribution, and built market penetration in China. Led an international Olay relaunch, taking the brand from <5% to 25% market share leadership in European markets.
