I'm an automation engineer, surf lifesaver, snow boarder, surfer, scuba diver and the list goes on. I love helping people with is one of the reasons I got into health and wellness. If we aren't healthy we aren't getting the most out of life. I try and make the most out of every day, because things are changing and who knows where you'll be in a month, or a year's time. Work Smart and Play Hard is my main motto. (Updated from Work Hard Play Hard) I've been involved in health and wellness since 2004, but in 2014 I was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis). On that day I decided I was going to improve my life and heal my body naturally. I figured out how to do that. In March 2019 my neurologist said my MS is no longer active and my symptoms are reversing. Its an ongoing process. Learning and improving but I've summarised my journey so far in a FREE eBook.
