I'm a business intelligence engineer for the Mexico retail marketplace. I create end-to-end supply chain metrics, provide KPIs for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, mentor junior team members, and serve as the data captain for Hot Sale and Prime Day. In this role, I use Datanet (ETL), Redshift, SQL, and Quicksight to create data pipelines and visualizations.I am also a Content Manager for the North America Retail Expansion (NARX) Redshift cluster, the data warehouse available to the Mexico and Canada retail teams. I build and maintain data subscriptions, tables, and other resources to ensure quality data for our users.

I was a business intelligence engineer focusing on AWS product metrics. I owned the design, development, and maintenance of ETL solutions, product metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to help my leadership and customer groups make informed business decisions. In this role I used Hammerstone (ETL), Redshift, SQL, and Tableau in my daily work.

As the product owner, I guided the development of the Precision Analytics Research System (PARS) tool, a data warehouse which combines data from claim payment platforms such as COSMOS and Facets, with identification details from payment integrity algorithms (data mining, contract error, coordination of benefits, and fraud, waste, abuse, and error). I worked with the scrum master and our development team to manage and prioritize feature requests, met with our users to understand their feature, data, and interface needs, and updated our key stakeholders on the project roadmap. I also performed ad hoc analysis to answer business questions about claims, members, and vendor identification trends, by writing SQL queries and via Tableau.

I was part of the Payment Integrity group, creating advanced analytics on and analyzing claims data for a Medicare Advantage plan. I used SQL to develop and optimize provider recovery algorithms for the Payment Audit and Chart Review programs. I provided data for active litigation and customer inquiries and also supported AR recovery efforts on the Facets claims platform.

I used iReport, JasperReports Server, SQL, and the enterprise data repository (Oracle) to create reports on drug purchases, drug dispenses, and other financial KPI's for a chain of long-term care pharmacies.

I created and maintained OSITA, the Obesity Surgery Information Tracking and Analysis tool. Front end - PHP and HTML. Database - MS SQL Server 2005. I created reports for our clinical operations, research, and our accrediting agency. I contributed to published research via data analysis and manuscript assistance.
