Ux And Service Design ConsultantCgi Nov 2022 - Dec 2023Greater Gothenburg Metropolitan AreaIn one of my assignments as a consultant at CGI, I led a project for the municipality of Västervik where I facilitated workshops with stakeholders from the municipality to improve usability and accessibility to benefit the municipality's residents. The outcome of the project was, in addition to insights into the needs of the municipality's residents, also updated style templates for the municipality's four websites that were to be modernized. In another project, I designed a new interface for a product in the forestry industry while inspiring a more design-oriented way of working. I also designed and assembled a customer event where I facilitated a group of executive leaders. -
