Hong Kong Cleanup is the regions'​ largest environmental event. Hong Kong generates six million tonnes of trash a year - the weight of 350 double decker buses. Clearly, this is not sustainable. Our landfills are full, and we consume and throw away more than our city’s infrastructure and surrounding ecosystems can handle, jeopardizing wildlife, economies, and our own health and safety. The Hong Kong Cleanup Challenge has engaged over 350,000 citizens, collecting over 10 million kg of trash over from almost 2,000km of shorelines, and country park trails. As Founder, and Event Director for this project, I lead a small team of event managers. This involves planning our event calendar, working with over 400 corporate teams and schools, the Hong Kong Government and over 25 other international and local NGO's including The Nature Conservancy, Ocean Conservancy and WWF to name a few.

Mission Hills Shenzhen is a twelve course 18-hole course golf resort, located in the town of Guanlan in Shenzhen. It is accredited as the world's largest golf facility by the Guinness World Records in 2004, surpassing the Pinehurst Resort in the United States. It currently has 11 championship courses and an 18-hole par three course, each designed by a different golf personality. Dr. Ken Chu, also known as “Mr. Golf"​ in China holds the position of Chairman and CEO for Mission Hills Group.As Marketing Manager, I was responsible for marketing & promoting the clubs various events including The World Cup of Golf in 1995. I also sold club memberships and generated record-breaking revenue and was awarded 'the highest sales'​ award. During my time here, the club expanded from one 18-hole course to what is now, the world's largest golf club.
