Growing up with a mother who stood behind my father’s success as an entrepreneur and later stood beside him as a co-business owner, I am fuelled by their strive for excellence, resilience and fierce work ethic.I do what I love every day, which is solving customer problems to bring business value, together with teams of equally passionate creative thinkers. I am energised by technology and how it constantly shapes new ways of making people’s lives better. Decades into a career which includes leading digital product strategy, experiences and delivery, building high-performing teams and creating impactful customer experiences, I now channel my superpower to bring people, technology and ideas together at CommBank as a Senior Product Owner Chapter Lead. My philosophy is listen, learn and be brave to do hard things. I thrive in making uncertainty clear, making complex simple and creating better futures through understanding the past and present.It goes back to my main driver, family, which now includes my husband and two teenagers.
