Hello! I am Lisa Meredith. Full-time executive director for a nonprofit. Part-time consultant. Professional facilitator. ​I have more than 25 years experience in the nonprofit world. My undergraduate degree is in Business and Marketing from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. I have my MBA with a concentration in nonprofit management and public policy from Saint Thomas University. And, I have a second masters in leadership with a concentration in facilitation, also from Saint Thomas University. I utilize the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) Technology of Participation (ToP) methods of facilitation and various other facilitation methods. I am a certified ToP Faciltator.As a facilitator, I get the opportunity to help organizations and individuals plan and change.
