Lisa has served in a variety of roles within a multitude of organizations (media, finance, telecommunications), which cultivated her natural leadership and inclination to help others succeed. She met the challenge of creating new departments, redesigning departments, and nurturing personalities and employees with the passion and vision of a strong mentor. A motivational speaker, Lisa uses a combination of theory and practices from the Project Management Institute, Six Sigma, SCRUM, EQi, and Appreciative Inquiry. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, SCRUM Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and PMP. By combining her love of creativity and her passion for process, she is the founder and creator of G.R.A.T.I.T.U.D.E., a proprietary program designed to spark change. Lisa is the International Best-Selling author of "Stepping into Gratitude” and The Gratitude Journal.Before founding LCE, Lisa was the Implementation Manager and Advisor Onboarding Consultant for CUNA Mutual Group. She served as Division Manager of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service for Burlington Telecom from 2009-10. Formerly, she was Assistant Vice President of Operations for Vermont Federal Credit Union 2004-2009. Before Vermont Federal Credit Union, Lisa worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer for Homebound Mortgage from 2001-2004. Lisa was the Inside Sales Manager at the Burlington Free Press from 1998-2001.Lisa has won awards throughout the country in public relations, event development, and business solutions throughout the country. She is a member of the National Speaking Association. Beyond her business, Lisa is the Co-Founder of Cardinal Opportunities, a non-profit organization that provides soft skills to underserved populations throughout the United States. She is also the Founder of the Sussex County Chapter of Cocktails Curing Cancer. Lisa sits on the International Governing Board for Delta Phi Epsilon as Vice President, and the Board of Ambassadors for the Beebe Foundation. She is an active member of Polka Dot Powerhouse serving as a National Legacy Leader. In addition to her B.A. from Temple, Lisa is a 2011 graduate of the Excellence in Executive Leadership program and a member of the Class of 2009 Leadership Champlain in Burlington. She has attended countless workshops, classes, and schools for leadership, sales, marketing, and client service.
