This solution provides needed system and data consolidation that allows us to more effectively lead and serve over 230 churches.• Increase Salesforce adoption across the organization by collaborating with subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy business processes on the Salesforce platform. This increased visibility encourages solutions that support Salesforce as the source of truth.• Create a culture of cybersecurity awareness by providing monthly training and attack simulation testing, and implementing SSO or MFA for business-critical applications.• Manage the MSP relationship for hardware and software technical support and network management; purchase and deploy new hardware and software; provide technology onboarding/offboarding; maintain software inventory and licensing to ensure standardization and non-profit pricing. -
