I was handpicked by InReality’s CEO to pivot the organization’s core service-based business model to become an SaaS solution provider for the retail industry. InReality develops retail technology that helps brands and retailers gain analytics and insights on their in-store shoppers and change the experiences for them through the use of responsive technology.I led the organization’s initial SaaS-model GTM strategy and product launch including building end-to-end sales teams (inside, outside and BDR), sales and marketing strategy, and a team leverage Martech solutions to drive demand generation and secure market share.Over my tenure, we have tripled the number of customer logos and diversified our verticals in the retail space, and secured new accounts including Bose, Lowe’s, Mars, Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, and LG.In 2017, we achieved acquisition and I was retained by the investor group to continue in the CRO role to lead the integration with a Hong Kong-based company. To do this, I led the sales and marketing team integration while streamlining their processes, workflows and growing revenue. Currently, I own a multimillion-dollar P&L and lead the sales teams , revenue operations / RevOps and supporting marketing professionals around the world. To date, we have secured double-digit revenue growth, built a channel program with strategic partners, and increased marketing qualified leads (MQL) by over 100%.

I established and led this corporate spin-off from FirstWave Technologies to overhaul and relaunch products previously under FirstWave. I was able to recruit a top-talent SaaS staff from just 2 to over 20+ while developing the corporate infrastructure and driving the go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing teams and strategy, revenue operations, demand generation, product roadmap, and new product and service launches with limited start-up resources.Shortly after relaunch, our products and positioning were so effective we were approached by multiple Tier 1 venture capitalists for investment. DELIVERED RESULTS:► Grew year-over-year growth 250% by reinventing existing CRM product offerings as inbound and outbound marketing automation / Martech solutions.► Drove customer engagement and company position by establishing LeadLife as a recognized thought leader in marketing technology.► Developed effective, mixed-sales model that included an integrated team of sales development reps (SDR), as well as inside and outside sales professionals. ► Built top-performing sales, development, and marketing teams that delivered a 90% customer retention despite the monthly subscription business model. After being recruited to revitalize an aging CRM brand, I transformed their go-to-market strategy and business model from solely licensed software sales to an early SaaS solution resulting in new revenue streams. My work included leading sales and marketing, demand gen, revenue operations / RevOps, sales operations, and market penetration. DELIVERED RESULTS:► Delivered a 69% increase in software sales and 45% lift in service sales after overhauling the staffing structure and reinvesting assets into new sales and marketing initiatives.► Achieved 200% ROI on focused marketing campaigns, all while launching three new products in under 13 months.► Grew the team to 20+ to deliver 300% revenue growth over my tenure.

I helped launch Involve Technologies in 2001, growing it from its initial start-up to multi-millions in ARR while expanding staff to a team of 40+ in just a few years through sales & marketing, revenue operations, and sales enablement leadership. Our SaaS solution allowed professionals from across industries to share sales and marketing best practices and gained interest from funding sources, leading to $7M in first-round funding before the company was acquired. In this role, I led the strategic direction, product vision, go-to-market strategy, sales and day-to-day company management. I also drove new product launches, sales strategy, demand generation, pipeline growth, brand awareness, GTM strategy, revenue operations, and new market expansion. I also recruited and onboarded key executive staff including VP of services, VP implementation, director of sales, and VP channels who secured a 100% referenceable customer base of 22,000 users with major firms like Avnet, Citrix, Premier Healthcare, and Smith Barney.
