I have had a long and diverse career in entertainment, media and marketing but after years working in local and state government, I realised that my passion lies in quality customer service.I’m really interested in what makes customers tick and how businesses can improve their service levels to ensure they achieve their goals.That’s why I started Serve You Right, to help businesses take a holistic look at their customer service standards.It all starts with a customer service audit, which looks at the organisation’s website and social media presence, marketing and advertising. It may also involve mystery shopping, exploring conflict resolution, staff training and development.We report back on key findings and help the business navigate the next steps. We’re always happy to help with any customer relations training required for staff and management and conduct follow-up audit rounds to ensure that positive changes have been implemented.After all, a great customer service experience can create customers for life!
