As Operations Coordinator, for the Program Management Division with LaBella, I work closely with our client and division to track, coordinate and maintain proposals, purchase orders, change orders, invoicing and approvals on multiple projects.. Our division mostly works with the client who is a leader within the U.S. Energy Industry (Utilities).

I coordinate Engineered Solutions Contracts for customers from order receipt to invoice. Through daily interactions with customers, manufacturing, engineering, sales, procurement and the warehouse, I work to meet and exceed customer delivery and performance expectations while keeping the project on budget. In addition, other responsibilities include.

• In my role at a start-up company, I had a function in all departments under the lead of a former manager and executive.
• Finance/Accounting including payroll, general ledger, invoice management, A/P, A/R
• Marketing including website development, customer presentations, and investor presentations
• Operations including procurement, inventory management, and other supply chain management

During my role as data analyst, I improved program performance and “standards of work” by performing qualitative audits and trend analyses as well create and distribute performance reports for internal and external audiences including multimillion dollar funders.

• During my time at Nukote, I progressed my way from Product Management Assistant to Pricing Analyst very quickly. I reported directly to the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Product Management.
• Provided competitive benchmarking by conducting market research of pricing for customers in all channels of distribution including Wholesale, Commercial / Dealer, Retail Mass Markets, Large Office super stores, Web and.
• Created variable pricing models for over 3,000 products spanning 6 product categories.
• Preformed analysis in participation with Finance and Product Management in decision of pricing strategies including competitive, discount/promotional, and cost-plus to maintain healthy profits and satisfied customers.
• Identified low performing products and worked with Product Management to prune from portfolios.
• Managed and maintained pricing within JD Edwards / AS400 system for over 1,100 customers in order to assure accurate invoicing.
