Lisa joined Guided by Good, formerly 22squared/WestWayne in 1997 and has worked behind the scenes managing the Accounting Department, Human Resources and Office Services. She brought her Finance and Business Administration education from Lakeland Business College and her CPA and Accounting experience to work for the agency and has dynamically contributed to many different departments and successful agency initiatives. She is currently the VP, People Ops and Accommodations Officer at Guided by Good and leads the Benefits and People Ops administration for the parent company and various brands. You might say that she wears many hats at the agency and enthusiastically enjoys every aspect of her job. She enjoys the fast paced and vibrant environment of our agency and business. This is just one reason why she has called the agency home now for 20+ years and looks forward to many more rewarding years of service to the agency in the future. Lisa resides in Brandon, Florida with her husband Arthur and two sons. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys the great Florida outdoors through boating, fishing, gardening and is an active member of our volunteer community. In addition to volunteering her time to several local non-profit organizations such as Tampa’s Sustainable Future, Florida Saltwater Fishing Panel, USF Botanical Gardens, and Hands Across Tampa Bay, she has served as Board Chair on the YMCA Executive Board of Directors and is deeply committed to her community service.Specialties: Accounting/Finance, Office Administration, Project Management, Human Resource Management
