Served as strategic business partner to the President and Senior Leadership Team. In various HR roles of escalating responsibility and accountability over 14 years, led all aspects of Human Resources function for DRS Global Enterprise Solutions (DRS GES) inclusive of People & Culture Strategy, Operations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Wellbeing, Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Compliance.• Design, develop and execute Company Communications Plan, including but not limited to, Executive Communication and presentations, rolling Employee Calendar, Monthly Town Hall meetings and Newsletter. • Primary driver of the establishment of Social Media Strategy driving employer brand with internal and external stakeholders resulting in increased employee/candidate engagement. Partner with DRS MARCOM ensuring communications synergies and alignment with parent messaging. • Established talent acquisition function eliminating the use of external agencies. Optimized time to hire by 30% within one year, ensuring talent alignment with Company core values and key virtues through standardized, automated, and customized hiring practices resulting in quality hires invested in the Company culture. • Designed, developed, and executed Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&Bs) program focused on creating a safe workplace for all employees. Built a culture of trust driven by leadership, positively impacting the productivity of the organization through increased engagement scores (culture surveys/eNPS), reduction of employee relations issues, increased retention, and an increase in happiness overall. Resulted in a decrease in voluntary turnover from 33% in 2018 to 9% in 2022 which directly impacted the achievement of synergies following the integration of SES GS/GES.
