I was promoted to my current role to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement across a variable range of projects including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Supply Chain Resilience (OSCR). Crafting targeted deliverables through partnerships with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, and the FDA. Consequently, I support staff training for partners to ensure cohesion and expedite onboarding.* My work was recognized with the Catalyst Award for efforts in driving Medicare Payment Program (QPP) and Ambulance Fee Schedule Comment Tracking to review, identify, and upload relevant submissions for the QPP and Ambulance Services rules, meeting short turnaround times and delivering quality deliverables without delays* I have partnered in writing two peer-reviewed articles, on e-scooter fatal accidents, raising awareness* By collaborating as a trusted advisor with the HHS Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health, CMS, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, and the FDA, I support the creation of resources and tools, the provision of strategic insight, and the drafting of regulations* I acted as Lead Writer in the development of the main deliverable for the development of the Critical Medical Device Lists Recommendations Report in response to Executive Order 14001, currently in the clearance phase for FDA publication, which contributed to. our entire project receiving an "Excellent" rating from the client* I facilitated stakeholder engagement across teams composed of consultants, SMEs, agency partners, and internal team members to create a collaborative culture and foster strong project outcomes.

In this role, I collaborated with federal government policy staff members to write regulations, deliver project guidance, and manage the public commenting period. I authored policy-targeted opinion papers detailing the positive and negative outcomes of potential regulatory actions for federal government decision-making.* I delivered leadership, technical insight, policy research, and coordination to create an independent nursing home commission during the COVID-19 pandemic to recommend best practices for improved quality and safety of services earning the Catalyst Award* By designing and presenting a plan for the CMS Center for Program Integrity, I created a guiding vision, strategy, and action plan to reduce fraud, waste, and abuse in Medicare and Medicaid programs over 10 years* I composed final regulations for publication in the Federal Register

I was brought into this role to establish a web service for advocacy showcasing pharmacists at the height of the practice and to write policy analysis papers to educate government officials and pharmacists. To meet these challenges, I built a content channel for online distribution while establishing a network of government and industry resources to further extend advocacy reach.* I crafted policy papers both showcasing the provider value of pharmacists and offering education to members through policy translation and highlighting opportunities for service expansion* I conducted member interviews to guide article content and policy paper focal points
