Current• Recruiting and mobilising candidates for large-scale onshore projects and offshore ad-hoc trade requirements across UK & Europe. Ensuring a quick turnaround and high standard is provided for all mobs. • Validate certification and ensure candidates are competent for the planned work scope.• Work closely with the logistics team to identify gaps where a contractor will be required for planned work and ensure adhoc emergency positions are filled. • Weekly check ins with all regular candidates ensuring we are kept in date with their availability, and work scopes they can be booked on. • Arrange trade tests, accommodation, PPE and contracts for all Adhoc contractors. • Point of contract for the recruitment requirements within the Cranes & Lifting department, attend weekly planning meetings with account leads from each business line to identify shortage on staff and forecast. • Carry out staff training / mentor new staff within the recruitment team. • If a role has been a struggle to fill, discuss with the hiring manager on different options available.• Attend job fairs across the UK. • Advertise roles across a range of different job boards.
