I began my incredible career with AppleOne Employment Services in 1998. I attribute my success in Staffing to my Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Human Resources as I find these two areas to be a perfect blend as I work together with my Applicants and Employers to understand their priorities while ensuring following HR guidelines. As an Area Manager for AppleOne in Temecula, I pride myself leading a TEAM of Recruiting Professionals I have assisted in developing which includes an Accounting & Finance Division. Combined, my Recruiters (which total 14 at this time) specialize in areas including but not limited to: Administration, Call Center, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Human Resources, CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, Accounting Manager, Staff Accountant, Bookkeeper.Nothing gives me more professional joy than the success of connecting a great candidate to a great employer - impacting both of my clients (applicant and employer) in a positive manner.
