In my role as Web Designer/Application Specialist I am responsible for training and supporting customers on the Wave2 software (Easybuild), creating and tagging both print templates created in InDesign and HTML 5 digital templates, helping to monitor and maintain the servers hosting the software, testing new releases, reporting bugs and troubleshooting technical issues.I have created new training material that I deliver to clients both on site or across the web and support the sales team with pre-sales demonstrations to potential clients.

After working with C-KO on a temporary basis one day a week I am now working full time as a Web and Graphics designer. C-KO are a small company providing after market accessories for cars and commercial vehicles and when they decided to replace their old website I was able to create a new Wordpress E-Commerce website which is now up and running.As well as continually improving and updating the new website my role includes:- producing e-shot campaigns - either using Mail Chimp or hand coding html, producing flyers (using the Adobe Creative Suite packages), formatting images for the website and digital marketing and analysing and reporting on Google Analytic results. I have also set up social media networks for them which I now regularly post to.I initially undertook this work as a means of gaining some experience in my new chosen field of web design which I have been studying since April 2014 but am now delighted to be taking this on as a full time role and helping them to shape their digital marketing strategy.

I worked within the B2B PC division and my responsibilities included pre and post sales technical support with a focus on the education market, account management for channel partners, testing of new products and solutions and supporting end user customers directly in areas such as image creation.
