I am passionate about helping teams build the capabilities they need to make smart choices that drive good growth through seamless experiences. Originally based in London, I'm now based on the West Coast but have worked pretty much everywhere. I started as a scientist, but quickly realized that driving organizational change that sticks is my thing, so I work with boards, CMOs, CLOs, CXOs CCOs and their teams to define the capabilities they need to succeed and how to get there. Our work to inspire teams to get from good to great is broad - capability or L&D strategy, competency or skills frameworks, content strategy, blended learning path and custom content creation, virtual (vILT), hybrid or face to face delivery (ILT). Once we take a peek under the hood we often help teams uncover other things that are getting in the way, whether that's helping them to work effectively together, process reengineering, or using our leading-edge work in behavior change to develop strategy that sticks.I am inspired by Oxford's cutting-edge work in customer experience and behavior change and love working with teams to apply this to internal and external customers.
