Lisa Barnett is an entrepreneur, advisor, early stage angel investor, and co-founder of the leading children’s food and nutrition company, Little Spoon, where she served as President and CMO until 2023. Little Spoon is a childhood nutrition brand, offering a platform of healthy, nutritious food products delivered to your door. During Lisa’s tenure, the company launched dozens of SKUs and solutions from baby to big kid, grew the business by triple digits, amassed an engaged community of parents, delivering over 20 million meals, and raising over $90 million in venture and growth equity capital. Lisa was honored as one of Marie Claire's 'Power Women of 2019', as one of the ‘Women Changing the Food Industry’ by Well + Good, by Forbes as 30 Under 30 in Venture Capital and Little Spoon was named on Fast Company's 2022 Brands That Matter list, and #7 on Inc’s 5000 List in Food and Beverage in 2022. She also invests in and advises early stage startups. Lisa has sat on the board of and/or advised startups aimed at transforming the everyday life of consumers in the wellness, health and CPG spaces, focusing on strategy, fundraising, brand and growth. Lisa is passionate about supporting fellow female founders/CEOs and entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds. Prior to Little Spoon, Lisa spent nearly a decade as a consultant at, investor in and/or operator at some of the world’s top consumer brands including Estee Lauder Companies, Calvin Klein, Weight Watchers and a number of other Fortune 500 Companies while at BCG.
