As a Marketing Services Manager for Microsoft’s World Wide Marketing & Operations (WWM&O) organization, I managed an events service that delivered over 15,000 in-person and digital events a year to land global marketing programs at Microsoft.

I managed the training and readiness framework for the centralized marketing services provided to global field marketers. During this time, our marketing services migrated over to new technologies to help lay the foundation for our digital transformation of global marketing. As a result, our marketing services increased from $29M to $40M over the next 4 years.

As a Project Manager I worked with one of our biggest clients, Microsoft to manage their User Acceptance Testing from end-to-end for some of their biggest internal marketing applications. I worked directly with stakeholders and development teams to draft testing plans and develop guidance documents to support global users. I managed all communications between teams, identified and tracked blocking issues, and was responsible as the last gate before release to Production.
