IRM Corporation is a privately held company providing software solutions for the food and beverage industry. •Facilitating a consultative approach by meeting with internal and external clients, including site visits, to perform ERD / BRD requirements and business analysis, requirements development / documentation / approval and project monitoring and management.•Lead in the Full Life Cycle Development, QA, and Product Support of IRM's first "off the shelf" software package. This was a web based product, hosted by IRM, which assisted Food and Beverage clients with tracking promotions. The product included screens for entering promotions, requesting and approving payments, viewing reports and also included admin screens so clients could maintain users and promotions without IRM involvement all in real-time.•N-Tiered Development and Maintenance of web pages that facilitated client ability to approve/edit/view payroll online. Used a backend process, written in VB, to create the payroll file for the cycle, populating the web front end via the Oracle tables. •Development and Maintenance of web pages reporting on data received through the IVR system. As there was too much data for real-time reports to be feasible, summary files, written in VB, were used and updated via batch processing in Oracle on a nightly basis.•Developed and Maintained backend processing, written in COBOL, for all clients using IRMs data warehousing product. Performed ETL on client data by extracting it in fixed-length text file format, ran it through cleansing process, which included address matching, and updated the Oracle database with the cleansed data.•Oracle 8i development included creating tables, developing triggers and indexes, and administering security rights to tables.

Contract was mainframe-based using COBOL and Ideal. Assisted in the conversion from mainframe to Sybase.
