Responsible for developing and implementing California Symphony's vision and strategic plan in consultation with the Music Director and Board President. I am successfully leading the organization through the pandemic and into recovery. Responsible for fiscal management of the organization, including drafting and monitoring the annual budget, staff management, and all day-to-day operations.I've successfully led organizational transformation, paid off long-standing debt within a year of employment, established a major gifts program, and increased the budget and staff. I initiated two new programs at the California Symphony: national radio series broadcasts and Education Concerts for Kids. As of the 2023/24 season, we've seen a 27% increase in subscription seats and a 55% rise in subscription revenue. Subscription sales for the 2024/25 season are breaking institutional records.
