I really enjoy helping others to be the best they can be, in whatever capacity they are looking to improve themselves. Currently, I hold a few roles, mainly because I love being helpful, productive and busy. I have a diverse skill set and want to use all of my skills! I have a passion for helping people - helping them realize how amazing they are - sometimes, they need a cheerleader before they are able to become their own cheerleader and believe in themselves. Because someone who believes in themselves cannot be stopped! This has been a theme throughout my career.I help people (mainly women) find the best versions of themselves through nutrition, fitness and overall wellness. I hold multiple certifications in nutrition including, but not limited to, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Autoimmune Holistic Nutrition Specialist through the AFPA. and a Certified Holistic Gut Specialist. (Yes, I have always been an over-achiever!) I work with people, both on an individual basis as well as online in a group setting, through optimizing nutrition, gut health and lifestyle factors. I co-created the REVIVE program, an 8 week program to help peri/post-menopausal women feel empowered through the menopausal transition and beyond. With LHH, I serve as a Branding Specialist, helping people in their career transititions, by refining and revising both their resumes and LinkedIn profiles. I have an opportunity to help candidates polish their professional brands, better aliging with their desired career paths. I have recently added the role of Career Transition Coach and am able to work more closely with candidates through this vulnerable time of life. Lastly, in my role as founder and Director of LeBow's Undergraduate Career Services Office, I have been able to help countless students transition to full-time working professional and watch their careers blossom. I have loved helping them tweak their resumes, as a Certified Professional Resume Writer, to better articulate their knowledge, skills and experiences for their desired career paths as well as negotiate salary to help them earn what they are worth! I have been lucky to have so many unique experiences during my career and meet so many wonderful people. I look forward to connecting with you!Feel free to check out my personal wellness website: https://wellnesswithcoachlisa.com/
