My background of 28 years in retail sales and customer service demonstrates my commitment to a spectacular customer experience. Apple has been one of the most amazing companies to work for and the opportunities to innovate were pivotal for my growth in Europe & during my time in Canada. As a seven year partner in Starbucks Coffee Company, I had cultivated an interesting and fulfilling career path that began in Vancouver, Canada in 2003. Since then I have worked in Calgary, Canada as a store manager, traveled much of Canada and the western United States opening stores with licensed partners then ultimately managing a licensed portfolio.
