As a transformative leader within the financial services sector, I offer to board service significant expertise in legal, business, financial, and operating strategies and a background in strategic oversight and compliance. My positions across multiple boards draw on my compliance, governance, and risk competencies and leverage my experience in driving growth initiatives. My career spans roles in higher education, state and federal government, private practice, and within the globally varied financial services industry. A constant of my career has been my commitment to leading governance and risk management efforts and delivering results for all stakeholders. I currently serve as a member of the Executive Committee and Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer with FS Investments, an alternative asset management firm. In this highly visible role, I lead all compliance, risk, cybersecurity governance, and regulatory matters. Previously, I was General Counsel with Lockwood Advisors, an investment management firm now part of BNY Mellon.
