Within the role of Vice President of Business Development, I am responsible for providing counsel to the greater Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) enterprise, including its 18 State and Regional affiliates, as well as the dairy industry at large about opportunities to increase dairy sales to youth. These efforts are aimed at increasing the availability and consumption of dairy (Dairy Optimization) across the K-12 school channel as well as in the University environment by working with and through dairy/food processors, brands, distributors and retailers who share DMI’s vision for youth health and wellness. On behalf of U.S. dairy farmers, Dairy Management works to drive increased sales and demand for US dairy products and ingredients. Within the Global Partnership initiative, my prior role had been to proactively work in partnership with manufacturers, processors and retailers to drive innovation, increase consumer demand as well apply knowledge that leverages opportunities to expand and to move the dairy category forward.

On behalf of the dairy farmers of New England, NEDPB’s mission is to drive the commercial disappearance of dairy. As marketing director, responsible for: • The development of regional marketing programs that drive dairy sales • Manage NFL relationships within organization to optimize return on investment• Management of organization's dairy industry and image relations program • Management of staff and office for marketing team

Responsible for the management of promotional and advertising activities for more than 180 quick-serve Italian restaurants throughout New England; team leader for all new product tests and chain-wide roll-outs; web development and support; kids marketing programs; sports marketing; public relations and beverage marketing. Managed field marketing, corporate giving as well as all key agency partners.

Developed and implemented public relations activities for 1,200-unit vertically integrated milk processor/convenience store chain and it’s Gulf Oil subsidiary; Responsible for corporate communication piece and corporate collateral materials.
