Within the role of Vice President of Business Development, I am responsible for providing counsel to the greater Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) enterprise, including its 18 State and Regional affiliates, as well as the dairy industry at large about opportunities to increase dairy sales to youth. These efforts are aimed at increasing the availability and consumption of dairy (Dairy Optimization) across the K-12 school channel as well as in the University environment by working with and through dairy/food processors, brands, distributors and retailers who share DMI’s vision for youth health and wellness.
