Managed the pitch, development and delivery of digital solution projects for Mi9/ninemsn while collaborating with internal sales and strategy teams as well as partners at Bauer Media and Channel 9.

Managed multiple projects and campaigns from concept to completion, while working collaboratively with internal teams to develop creative strategies and solutions for clients. Major clients included LEGO, ACP Magazines, Ninemsn, and Burberry with a focus on digital and print communications.

Managed a large client list with a focus on marketing strategy and communications, brand identity, and digital marketing. In addition to leading the Account Team, I also led the Social Media efforts of the company – including a company blog, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. I was also involved in developing tactics to generate new business and personally developed a Social Media platform to expand the company's services.

Managed full above the line consumer campaigns (including press, print, TV, and online) for Telstra products and offerings – including Bundles and Telstra’s 55 Days of Christmas. In addition, I utilized my knowledge of international TelCo markets (especially the US) to develop strategic guidance for Telstra’s product offerings and actively participated in client brainstorms and campaign and media planning.

Starting with a single project for a small B-to-B team, I helped grow the Microsoft account into a multi-million dollar relationship that has become the second largest piece of business for the agency. With a focus on speed, service and creativity, we defied the odds and became a significant player on Microsoft’s agency roster. We grew across the organization, eventually working with the Windows consumer group and creating The Mojave Experiment, a major TV campaign and one of the most successful advertising efforts Microsoft has done to date. Through this growth, I led and managed BaM's relationship with Microsoft. I connected strategic client objectives with breakthrough creative and managed the successful execution of both traditional and non-traditional advertising.
