Hello and thank you for viewing my Linkedin profile. I am an experienced Assessor, IQA and EQA with over 23 years experience in the field. In 2015 I was proud to be the winner of the Inspirational Banbury Woman in Business Award.I am currently working for EKFB as a training and orientation facilitator delivering on site inductions and a wide range of training courses.I am a volunteer on the board of directors at Banbury United Football club looking after the community side of the club. This is something that gives me great satisfaction as I want to be able to give something back. In 2004, I identified a gap in the market and set up JLD/JLD Driver Training. The company specialised in logistics training. From its initial set up the business expanded, built a great reputation and was sold in 2018. During this period I was responsible for the strategic direction of the company, recruitment and training of staff, budgeting, auditing, bringing in and delivering new business.I am an Associate for Awarding Bodies and Private Training Providers offering advice, guidance and support for quality assurance processes including carrying out Assessor and IQA work where required. I am always looking for new opportunities to add to my portfolio.
